Two Weeks Coaching Program

Program Structure

1. Questionnaire:

   - This will help me understand your existing routine


2. 1st Coaching Call:

   - We will dive deep into your existing habits and craft a plan for the first week.


3. Week 1 Execution:

   - You will implement the plan with ongoing support and accountability via WhatsApp.


4. 2nd Coaching Call:

   - We will review your progress and create a plan for the second week.


5. Week 2 Execution:

   - You will continue to practice the habits with support and accountability via WhatsApp.


6. Final Coaching Call:

   - We will assess the progress and develop a plan for the next two weeks. Post this, you will work independently, and I will be available remotely for the rest of the month to give you feedback or hold you accountable.

   - This program is more affordable while still providing valuable support and guidance.

   - Whether it's exercising, meal prepping, practicing a new skill, or any habit you’re unable to prioritize due to work systems, lack of clarity, perfectionism, or fear of failure, this program is designed for you.

Cost: 4850 INR + 290 Convenience Fee = 5140 INR

Duration: 2 weeks of structured support and coaching

Support: Personalised coaching calls, tailored plans and trackers, and ongoing WhatsApp support for accountability and guidance.
